2000 ZX2 S/R built for SCCA ST Class autocrossing

SCT
UDP
Pacesetter header
Magnaflow Universal hi-flo cat
Custom Exhaust--Milwaukee Motorwerks
OE Iceman w/ kemanized intake
Overkill Engineering 1-piece strut tower brace and rear lower suspension brace
Corksport lower front suspension brace
Custom 15/16" FSB
Progress 22mm 2-way RSB
All poly bushings
GC/Koni coilovers (650/550 F/R)
Cusco front camber plates--turned 90* as caster plates; camber gained from slotted mounts.
Kirkey Drag seat
Custom aluminum harness bar--Milwaukee Motorwerks
Wheels: Kosei 17x7.5
Tires: Dunlop Z1 SS 215/40-17

That is it more-or-less...might be missing a detail...

Here is the custom exhaust

 Front 1/2 is stainless

 Back 1/2 is aluminum

We have had the car since 2008---but only about 20 events on it.  Still have some underdamping--you can see the car bounce in the videos.

Video:
Milwaukee Region SCCA Autocross - 5/31/2010

My co-driver/owner, Craig is #27.  I'm number 6.  There are three runs in the video--Craig and then me twice.  My best run was not captured, but the last run shown was a 55.9 with a cone--my run following was a 55.7 clean.   In class--About 1.7 out of 1st (2009 Nationals runner-up) and about 1.3 out of 3rd (2007 Nationals 3rd place) OVERALL...feeling pretty good about that...especially in so much that the car is not 'right' yet.

oooh, i had no idea that the pacesetter/magnaflow combo was such a universal application.  lol, excellent job manufacturers!  unless, of course, you are unhappy with them, ha
